KHIDMAHSG PTE. LTD. (UEN 201900832M), located at 1 Tannery Road #05-01 One Tannery Singapore 347719, jointly with AALIYAH’S PTE. LTD. (UEN 201943252M), located at 12 Arumugam Road #01-01 LTC Building B Singapore 409958, henceforth known as The Providers,And

Agree to the following conditions of service:
I) Agreement
The Parties agree that:
1. The agreement shall commence on the date stated above and will be ongoing until 31 JULY 2023 or whenever of The Parties decide to terminate this agreement.
2. The Providers offer live Australian Sheep and live Premium Local Hay Dairies Goats for Qurban, Aqiqah, Sadaqah and Nazar in Singapore during the period of Eid-ul-Adha 1444H (29 June to 2 July 2023)
3. The Providers shall meet all the required Qurban, Aqiqah, Sadaqah and Nazar procedures in accordance with the Islamic Law for slaughtering and details of the orders as provided by The Reseller.
4. The following are specifications for the livestock:

5. The Reseller shall register for an account in the ordering system (https://local.qurban.sg/reseller/)
6. The Reseller shall enter all required orders in the ordering system (https://local.qurban.sg/reseller/) and make payment accordingly. This will be on a first-come first-served basis as the livestock is subjected to availability.
7. The Reseller shall pay The Providers within THREE (3) DAYS OF ORDER DATE. The payment shall be made to AALIYAH’S PTE. LTD., via PayNow to UEN 201943252M or bank transfer to UOB account number 631-309-069-5. Note that the stocks will only be allocated to The Reseller upon receipt of payment.
8. The Providers shall pay the first commission to The Reseller within 3 days of the latter reaching the minimum quantity stated in point 5 above. Thereafter, the payment will be made on a weekly basis.
9. The closing dates for all Qurban, Aqiqah, Sadaqah and Nazar orders is 1 JULY 2023 whilst stocks last.
10. The Reseller must handle all queries received from his / her end.
11. The Providers hold all rights to refuse any new order if The Reseller does not make the payment as per point 8.
(II) Termination and/or Change of Agreement
12. This agreement is terminated upon breach of any of the conditions set out in part (I) above unless otherwise mutually agreed.
13. The Providers and The Reseller may review and mutually decide whether to carry on this agreement at any point in time.
14. If The Providers or The Reseller wishes to terminate or to make changes to the pricing or operations at any point of time, the Party shall give (1) one month notice in writing, all outstanding services shall be fulfilled immediately, and all outstanding payment shall be made immediately.
(III) Dispute resolution
15. The terms of this agreement shall be governed, construed, and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law.
16. All disputes or differences arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall first be submitted for mediation before a mediator mutually agreed to by the parties.
(IV) Confidentiality and Return of Confidential Information
17. The Reseller holds the rights to all the CLIENT ORDER DETAILS. The Providers must cease to retain documents containing personal data or remove the means by which the personal data can be associated with particular individuals as soon as it is reasonable to assume that (i) the purpose for which the personal data was collected is no longer being served by retention of the personal data, and (ii) retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
FAQ (Reseller)
Where is the location of the Qurban Operations?
Australian Sheep will be slaughtered at Masjid Pertempatan Melayu Sembawang.
Premium Local Hay Dairies will be slaughtered at Masjid Al Firdaus.
Can the Reseller sell at any selling price?
We are afraid the Reseller must sell at the Suggested Retail Price.
Australian Sheep $780
Premium Local Hay Dairies Goat $1,200 to $2,000 depending on size of goat. We will advise the exact price when the Sohibul Qurban chooses the goat.
When making payment, must the Reseller pay the Reseller price or the Retail price?
The Reseller must pay the Retail price afterwhich, Aaliyah's Pte Ltd will credit the commission to the Reseller.

Does the Reseller collect payment from Sohibul Qurban?
For Australian Sheep - Yes
For Premium Local Hay Dairies Goat - No, Sohibul Qurban makes payment directly at Hay Dairies Farm after choosing Goat.
Commission will be credited to the Reseller after the purchase.
Can the Reseller choose which location and which day?
We are afraid the Reseller cannot choose as the Reseller will only be informed of the location and the day of slaughtering nearer to the date.

Who is organising Local Qurban Singapore 2023?
What if I cannot witness and collect my Qurban meat?
The Qurban will still be performed on the name you provide in your order. The meat will be distributed to the needy and volunteers from the Qurban operations.
How many people can go to the Viewing Area together with the Sohibul Qurban to witness the slaughtering?
There can only be 3 people including the Sohibul Qurban to witness the slaughtering. Children are not allowed in the Viewing Area.
When is Aidiladha 2023?
10 Zulhijjah falls on the 29 June this year and Qurban is allowed to be performed up till the 3rd Tasyrik day, 2 July.
How much meat can I collect?
From the Australian Sheep, you can collect around 15 - 18 kg of meat.
From the Premium Local Hay Dairies Goat, you can collect around 30 - 42 kg of meat.
We advise you to collect the whole portion. Should you choose to collect just 1/3 or 2/3 of it, the remaining will be distributed to the needy and volunteers from the Qurban operations.
What time do I report to the Masjid to witness the Qurban and to collect the meat?
You will be notified via email by 27 June 2023 on the time to report. Please contact us if you don't receive it.
Can I put more than one name for Qurban?
Yes you can, however, there is a 40 character word limit in our online form. You may wish to consider: Muhammad Ridzuan and Family.
